- Abstract:
- The paper was aimed to compare the effect of different concentrations of carbon source (glucose, sucrose, sorbitol, trehalose, fructose) and hormones (6-BA, NAA and 2,4-D) on seedlings growth of Thermopsis lanceolate. The results showed that sorbitol and glucose reaching 160mg/L was the optimum concentration of the growth of seedling. The medium of MS + sorbitol (160mg/L) and MS + glucose (120mg/L) were the best match. The best growth hormone combination goes like 2,4-D, 0.2 mg/L+NAA0.8mg/L+ 6-BA1.0mg/L.
