Abstract:
In the design of the storm water pumping station in the urban tunnel of Jiaodong International Airport, the shortduration rainfall intensity and long-duration hydrological rainfall data was combined as basis for analyzing and determining the main design parameters of the pumping station such as design capacity, pump type selection, suction tank volume, outlet conduit and other main design parameters. The tunnel drainage could be ensured by improving the design standard of the down-stream pipeline consistent with the design standard of urban tunnel, which provides a reference for the design of similar projects.
