- Abstract:
- Taking an electroplating wastewater centralized treatment project as an example, the treatment technology, process, structure parameters and operation effect of nickel wastewater pretreatment were introduced. The key technology system for stable treatment of electroplating wastewater, including advanced oxidation technology, complex capture technology and tubular microfiltration membrane(TMF)separation process, made the effluent of nickel wastewater in the separate monitoring pool meet the standard of table three in Emission Standard of Pollutants for Eletroplating(GB 21900-2008). The technology system could adapt to the changing amount of wastewater, and had stable operation, good treatment effect and high degree of automation.It had great environmental benefits, social benefits and economic benefits.
