- In order to promote sponge city construction more effectively, it is necessary to evaluate the construction effect of sponge city, in which the evaluation of the construction effect of sponge city within the regionalized area is particularly important. This paper took Hangzhou as an example to discuss some difficulties in the regionalized effect evaluation after the construction of sponge city, which included regionalization scoping,the volume capture ratio of annual rainfall background analysis, the discount method of sponge city regional area,and the reduction rate of runoff pollution. It was recommended that using watershed regionalization method to evaluate the whole effect, and using mathematics model to make quantitative and fine evaluation to supplement the shortage of monitoring facilities in some areas. Through the application of new methods for Hangzhou sponge city regionalized evaluation, it was proposed that the strategy and effect evaluation of sponge city construction in different areas should be adapted to local conditions, and the runoff pollution reduction rate should not be delimited and unified parameter value, and reasonable indicators should be selected according to the actual situation.
