- Abstract:
- The design of the super high-rise building, Luoyang Hengda 211# building hotel complex was analyzed and introduced, including the domestic water supply system, domestic hot water system, domestic drainage system, rainwater system, indoor and outdoor hydrant system, automatic sprinkler system, gas fire extinguishing system, kitchen fire extinguishing system, fire extinguisher, etc. At the same time, the difficulties in the design process were analyzed and discussed, such as the selection of heat source of the hotel according to the relevant national and local codes and regulations, with the exclusion method one by one, and then combined with the standards of the construction side and the requirements of the five-star hotel, finally, the air source heat pump+boiler auxiliary heat was adopted, heating season auxiliary heat source switch to the municipal heat pipe network; building height of the project was 241.8 m, close to 250 m, with complex functions and dense personnel. Therefore, after comprehensive comparison and analysis of various types of fire water supply systems, high pressure fire protection water supply system+top temporary high pressure fire protection water supply system was selected; the cold and hot water partition in the indoor water system should be the same, so as to ensure the pressure balance between the cold and hot water; the overflow facility of this project adopted overflow port, because the building height of this project was close to 250 m, the wind force at the high altitude of the roof was relatively large, and the water column from the roof overflow outlet could be evenly dispersed in the air.
