- Abstract:
- A solid waste comprehensive disposal and utilization center in Qingdao uses incineration, physicochemical, stabilization/solidification, and landfill processes to deal with hazardous waste. Because there are many types of hazardous wastes and complex composition, and the composition of wastewater pollutants produced by each hazardous waste treatment process is different, which increases the difficulty of wastewater treatment. Based on the analysis of the water quality characteristics of various hazardous waste treatment process system drainage, factory flushing drainage, domestic sewage and initial rainwater, etc., wastewater of the whole plant was divided into two categories: organic wastewater and high-salt wastewater. The different wastewater was collected separately and treated separately. The organic wastewater treatment scale is 200 m3/d, adopting “air floatation+reduction+neutralization+flocculation and precipitation+hydrolytic acidification+A/O+MBR+RO” combined treatment process. The treatment scale of high-salt wastewater is 150 m3/d, the three-effect evaporation process is adopted. The treatment process ensures that the effluent steadily meets the Class B standard of Wastewater Quality Standards for Discharge to Municipal Sewers (GB/T 31962-2015) and the takeover standard of sewage treatment plant in the park. The total investment of the entire wastewater treatment system was 17.591 million yuan, and the operating cost was about 19.5 yuan/m3.
