- Abstract:
- A wastewater treatment plant in Sichuan Province adopts the whole underground structure design. The plane size of the underground box is 124.2 m×89.3 m, and the depth is more than 15 m. Key points and difficulties of the project are as follows: setting expansion reinforcing belt to solve the problem of over length of concrete structure; adopting the construction scheme of sloping foundation pit to speed up the construction progress; using the scheme of reserving drainage blind ditch at the bottom of tank body and setting anti-floating anchor to solve the problem of super high groundwater level in this area; designating inspection and installation route to determine the live load of the first underground layer and to reduce unnecessary waste. The BIM design of the project effectively reduces the errors and leakage in the construction process. The construction unit uses BIM model to calculate all kinds of materials required for each zone, and realizes the reasonable allocation of turnover materials such as formwork and scaffold, which brings great convenience to construction.
