Abstract:
A ground fire hydrant online monitoring system based on NB-IoT is proposed to overcome the shortcomings of existing online monitoring system of ground fire hydrant. The system consists of intelligent fire hydrant terminals, NB-IoT base stations, the IoT core network, the IoT platform and the monitoring and management system of ground fire hydrant, realizing information collection and data storage of ground fire hydrants operation condition(geographical location, water pressure, water temperature, slope, water leakage, water user identity, valve opening, flow), realizing fire hydrants visualization by WebGIS, and popping up alarm message for abnormal fire hydrants. The system can monitor the operation condition of ground fire hydrant comprehensively, and has the characteristics of low power consumption, strong network connectivity, good indoor and basement coverage. It provides an effective information to monitor ground fire hydrant and analyze decision-making.
