- Abstract:
- At present, the drawbacks of sludge harmless treatment and disposal highlight in China, and it has become a consensus to promote the sludge harmless treatment and resource utilization. Meishan municipal wastewater treatment plant produces 150 t/d of sludge (water content is 80%), which is difficult to treat by landfill and is urgent to find a new way for treatment and disposal. The waste heat of flue gas from electrolytic aluminum workshop of the city’s enterprises is used to dry municipal sludge water content from 80% to less than 30% at low temperature with total project capability of 300 t/d. The working principle, technical parameters and equipment configuration of the sludge drying system, flue gas waste heat exchange system, cooling system, biological deodorization system and condensate sewage treatment system are mainly introduced. After drying, the sludge is transported to the surrounding factories for mixed burning, realizing the reduction, harmless and resource utilization of sludge. The direct operation cost of sludge treatment is 51.62 yuan/t, and the comprehensive benefit of the project is obvious.
