- Abstract:
- The value of interception ratio for combined sewer system plays a decisive role in water environment protection and interception reconstruction project cost. The annual overflow and project investment cost under different interception ratios were selected as the objective functions to establish a mathematical model for environment-economy dual objective optimization, and the dual objective problem was transformed into the single objective problem and solved by weighted ideal point method. The ideal point is a multi-objective decision analysis method. By constructing ideal point and non-ideal point of the multi?objective problem, the degree close to the ideal point is selected as the evaluation basis. The case analysis of Yuhang District in Hangzhou indicated that the optimal balance between environment and economy could be achieved when the interception ratio was 2.63. The optimal interception ratio can be determined again by the ideal point method according to the local climate conditions and project cost in different regions.
