- Abstract:
- The leachate produced by garbage transfer station has the characteristics of high concentration of pollutants, large fluctuation of water quality and quantity and difficult to deal with. The characteristics of leachate water quality and the principle of treatment technology selection were described in detail by the example of a super-large garbage transfer station leachate treatment project. The design scale of the project was 450 m3/d. The combined process consisting of pretreatment, anaerobic system, two?stage A/O, built-in ultrafiltration, Fenton advanced oxidation and BAF was selected. The investment of the project was 58.5 million yuan, and the operating cost was 50.53 yuan/m3. The actual effluent quality stably reached the limit of table 2 specified in Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste (GB 16889-2008). The average removal efficiencies of COD, BOD5, NH3-N, TN, TP and SS were 99.8%, 99.9%, 99.2%, 98.1%, 98.9% and 99.8%, respectively. The combined process has the advantages of stable effluent quality, strong impact load resistance, low operating cost and no concentrate problem produced by the traditional membrane method, and realizes the full quantitative treatment of the leachate.
