- The design and debugging of a bubbling fluidized bed incinerator in Shidongkou sludge treatment phase Ⅱ project were analyzed. The incineration characteristics of semi-dry sludge under different working conditions were investigated, and the emission data of pollutants such as NOx, SO2 and CO in the flue gas produced in the incineration process were obtained. The influence of primary air volume, sludge feed volume and sludge moisture content on emission characteristics of the pollutants in the flue gas was analyzed. The pollutants indicators of flue gas detected by CEMS online detection system during the performance evaluation period were compared with those specified in Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Municipal Solid Waste Incineration (DB 31/768-2013), and the results showed that all the pollutants in the flue gas conformed to the requirements of the standard. Based on the operation characteristics of the sludge incineration process and the emission characteristics of the pollutants in the flue gas, the suggestions on control of combustion condition in sludge incinerators was given.
