- The sponge transformation of existing municipal roads is one of the difficulties in the construction of sponge city. Taking the selection of technical measures, the landscape effect guarantee of sponge facilities, the layout of rainwater overflow port and other problems in the sponge city reconstruction of municipal roads as the background, the construction strategy of the rainwater control system of different types of municipal roads, the requirements of landscape planning and detail design of sponge facilities, and the design requirements of rainwater overflow port were expounded combined with the practical case of sponge city reconstruction of Qibin Avenue in Hebi City. The corresponding reference design details were also shown to provide references for the development of similar projects.
