- Abstract:
- The wastewater treatment plant of Lushui Industrial Park in Chibi City mainly deals with the industrial wastewater from the industrial park and the domestic sewage from surrounding villages and towns. The design scale of the phase Ⅰ project is 2×104 m3/d, and the effluent quality is required to meet first level A limit specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002). The influent has the characteristics of a large proportion of industrial wastewater, high proportion of refractory organic matter and poor biodegradability. Therefore, a combined treatment process was adopted, which consisted of multi-element catalytic oxidation, hydrolytic acidification, modified A2/O, secondary sedimentation tank, high density sedimentation tank, post-ozone contact tank, biological aerated filter, precision filter and contact disinfection tank. The operational results showed that the combined process had a good performance for the treatment of industrial wastewater with poor biodegradability, and the effluent quality stably met the designed discharge standard.
