Abstract:
As one of the first key projects of Yangtze River protection, the trenchless rehabilitation project of a city’s large-diameter intercepting sewage pipeline along the river is also an important link of the local water environment treatment. Through Sonar, QV, CCTV and other means of inspection, it is found that there are a lot of defects in this section of the intercepting pipeline, which need to be improved urgently. According to the analysis, it is decided to adopt mortar spraying method, UV curing method and spiral winding method to repair the defects in different positions, types and grades. The rehabilitation technology, construction process and rehabilitation effect are elaborated, which can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
