- Abstract:
- The complexity of large-scale water supply network and multi-source water supply structure lead to many uncertain factors in water dispatch, and effective district-dividing is considered to be a feasible solution to solve this problem. The clustering district-dividing of large-scale water supply network was realized by using binary split K-means model modified by partitioning around medoid (PAM), and a scientific partitioning solution was obtained by combination with “elbow diagram”. The important inter-regional pipelines were identified according to the two-eight principle and the optimal segmentation algorithm, which could provide theoretical support for the closure of partition valves. The water dispatch capacity of water treatment plant and the efficiency of water dispatch between regions were analyzed through the flow response of pipeline. The method was applied to a large-scale water supply system in G city, and good performance was obtained, which provided a decision-making basis for the next step of inter-regional combined water dispatch optimization.
