- The mandatory national standard General Code for Design of Building Water Supply and Drainage and Water Saving (GB 55020-2021) has been implemented for approximately half a year, which has brought convenience to the majority of building water supply and drainage practitioners. However, there are still a few contents worth discussing. According to the chapter arrangement of the standard (GB 55020-2021), this paper extracted some typical provisions from the two chapters of water supply system design and drainage system design in combination with practical application experience, explored the scientific and practical aspects of the standard, and pointed out the existing problems in some articles, so as to provide reference for the specification preparation group and peer discussion.
