- Abstract:
- Pipeline network is highly sensitive to the subtle water quality changes of effluent from waterworks. Therefore, the water quality of pipeline network as an important reference index for water purification process or parameter adjustment of waterworks is conductive to realizing the fine management of water purification process and improving the safety of tap water quality. Based on the 38 808 water quality data from pipe networks, three water quality assessment models based on turbidity, colony forming units and residual chlorine consumption were established, which could be applied to three scenarios respectively. The water quality changes of the pipeline network from July to September in 2019 and from October to December in 2019 were compared, and the score were 1 546 and 1 501, respectively, indicating that the water quality from October to December deteriorated slightly, but the change was not significant. Model 3 modified turbidity to eliminate the influence of seasonal turbidity changes on the water quality assessment of the pipeline network, which made the selection of the evaluation cycle more flexible. In addition, the connection between the water quality of pipeline network and the process and parameter adjustment of waterworks was established, which was conductive to promoting the linkage between waterworks and pipeline network.
