- Abstract:
- The capacity of a sewage treatment plant expansion and reclaimed water reuse project in Jinzhong is 10×104 m3/d, consisting of 100 t/d of low temperature sludge carbonization project, 140 m3/d of feces treatment project, and 8×104 m3/d of the reclaimed water reuse project. The multi-mode improvement AAO, coagulation sedimentation, filtration process is adopted for sewage treatment, and the gravity concentration, low temperature sludge carbonization, and mechanical dehydration process is adopted for sludge treatment with sludge water content no more than 40%. The manure is treated by mechanical dewatering process. The effluent quality is designed to meet level Ⅴ in Environmental Quality Standard for Surface Water (GB 3838-2002), and the carbonized sludge is used as the fuel of the incinerator. The actual operation results show that the effluent quality can satisfy the criteria stably. The unit operating cost of sewage treatment is 0.78 yuan/m3 and the average energy consumption is about 0.42 kW·h/m3. The operating cost of reclaimed water is 1.32 yuan/m3. The unit operating cost of sludge carbonization treatment is 202 yuan/t. The feces collaborative disposal cost is 77.65 yuan/m3.
