- In view of the problems of low biodegradable organic matter content, poor treatment effect of activated sludge system, difficult operation and high cost of advanced treatment after treatment by upstream enterprises in the industrial park, a new biodegradation system was constructed by bioaugmentation technology. The actual operation results show that the COD of aerobic effluent decreased significantly compared with that of ordinary biochemical effluent. The average effluent COD decreased from 114 mg/L to 77.3 mg/L, and the average COD removal rate increased from 24.40% to 50.90%. The average ammonia nitrogen removal rate increased from 31.89% to 76.07%. The dosage of poly iron in advanced treatment is 1.35 kg/m3, the effluent COD is basically stable at 30 mg/L to 40 mg/L, the average effluent COD is 37.4 mg/L, the chroma is 4 times, and the operation cost can be saved by 1.45 yuan/m3 compared with before. After the two lines adopted the bioaugmentation technology, the annual cost is saved by 15.225 million yuan according to the daily treatment of 3×104 m3, so as to realize the goal of reducing the operation cost of sewage treatment plant and improving the effluent quality in the industrial park.
