- Abstract:
- With the rapid development of economy, the groundwater in Tongliao has been seriously over-exploited, and there is an urgent need to use reclaimed water to replace industrial groundwater sources to alleviate the problems caused by water shortage and groundwater over-exploitation. The design scale of the reclaimed water advanced treatment project is 10×104 m3/d. It adopts a quality-separated water supply plan and will be implemented in two phases. The first phase provides production water to coal chemical companies, using a double-membrane method + special membrane concentration process(DTRO, high-pressure RO)to ensure that the effluent quality reaches the standard while increasing the system water production rate to more than 95%. Using nanofiltration salt separation, MVR and freeze crystallization technology, the solid waste can be reduced and recycled, and high-quality industrial-grade sodium chloride and sodium sulfate can be produced, and the yield of miscellaneous salt can be reduced by 95%. In the second phase, circulating cooling water is provided for the power plant, and lime clarification and filtration + advanced oxidation emergency treatment process are adopted to reduce treatment costs while ensuring water quality standards, and increase users’ enthusiasm for reclaimed water.
