- Abstract:
- In order to solve the relocation problem of a soybean liquor wastewater treatment facility with capacity of 500 m3/d, the combined process of pretreatment, UABR, AO, anaerobic ammonia oxidation (Anammox), oxidation, and high-efficiency sedimentation is adopted. Based on the experimental verification, the UABR anaerobic system can convert 97% of organic nitrogen into ammonia nitrogen and 96% of COD can be removed; the shortcut nitrification system greatly reduced the aeration intensity, and the total nitrogen (TN) removal load reached 0.07 kgN/(m3·d); the Anammox system reduced the carbon source dosage, and the TN removal load reached 0.53 kgN/(m3·d); the removal rates of TN and total phosphorus in simultaneous nitrification and denitrification system were 40% and 88.5%, respectively. In addition, the anaerobic and Anammox system is equipped with eddy current water distribution systems to solve the problem of sludge accumulation at the bottom and form a high-efficiency expanded granular sludge bed. Combined with the high-efficiency sedimentation system, the effluent quality meets the discharge standard, and the overall treatment cost is as low as 5.61 yuan/m3.
