- The LX-156 water treatment station in Linxing Central District with treatment capacity of 480 m3/d, originally adopted the treatment process of conditioning/turbulent air flotation/multi-media filtration/fine filtration. To satisfy the production construction requirements and solve the process instability problem, the capacity of the water treatment station was increased to 1 080 m3/d after renovation. According to the characteristics of fracturing flowback fluid and production water quality, the coupled process of pretreatment/integrated rubber breaker/vortex concave air flotation/high-density sedimentation/security filtration/fine filtration was adopted. In?situ capacity is expanded using integrated skid-mounted equipment. By breaking and destabilizing for 30 min, air flotation treatment for 24 min, as well as adding PAC of 300 mg/L, PAM of 15 mg/L, and NaOH of 800 mg/L in high density sedimentation, 125 435 m3 of refill water was treated up to the standard after operated stably for 128 days. The key effluent indexes include oil content ≤30 mg/L, suspended solids concentration ≤10 mg/L, and diameter median of suspended solids ≤4 μm, which met the water quality standards for reinjection water from high permeability oil reservoirs in Water Quality Standard and Practice for Analysis of Oilfield Injecting Waters in Clastic Reservoirs (SY/T 5329-2012).
