- Abstract:
- Addressing the decentralized nature of dyeing factory seepage pits and the complexity of wastewater composition, a combined Fenton oxidation + anaerobic + anoxic + aerobic + activated carbon adsorption with flocculation sedimentation treatment process was selected based on water quality analysis results and preliminary experiments. Skid-mounted treatment equipment was subsequently manufactured. Operational results demonstrate that Fenton oxidation effectively enhances the biodegradability of the dyeing seepage pit wastewater. Subsequent biological processes efficiently remove organic matter, ammonia nitrogen, phosphorus, and other pollutants. Activated carbon adsorption further reduces chromaticity and COD, while flocculation sedimentation enhances the removal of SS and phosphorus. Ultimately, the treated effluent quality meets the first level class A standard specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002). The skid-mounted equipment offers flexible mobility, making it suitable for treating highly decentralized seepage pit wastewater.
