- Abstract:
- To enhance the operational efficiency of water utilities across multiple formats within the group, achieving centralized management and secondary development and utilization of the water affair system, centralized control is an effective method for realizing integrated management and dispatching of plants, networks, and rivers across multiple formats. Unlike the traditional decentralized operation of plants, networks, and rivers, centralized control places higher demands on data security and timeliness. In the event of communication interruption, the local plant stations must have a well-established emergency operation plan. Once communication is restored, the local data must be synchronized with the data at the superior centralized control center, and the data must be classified and stored in different storage areas of the data center. After classifying the data into production data and management data, they are transmitted through two physically isolated vertical encrypted networks to provide timely technical data to the centralized control center. Additionally, physical isolation tools such as data diodes are implemented horizontally, allowing the production side to monitor management data in real-time while enabling the management side to observe partial data.
