- Abstract:
- In order to realize zero discharge of desulphurization wastewater in thermal power plant, a process route of forced circulation concentration-high temperature atomization evaporation was proposed. The heat transfer mode of steam, heat medium water and desulphurization wastewater was adopted. The indirect heat exchange of steam, heat medium water and desulfurization wastewater is adopted, pretreatment and softening is not needed, the desulfurization wastewater is concentrated at a high rate, and the concentrated solution is clarified and turbid, and then directly atomized and evaporated in the high temperature flue at the front end of the air preheater. The effects of forced circulation concentration-high temperature atomization evaporation process on unit operation were discussed in terms of desulfurization system, boiler efficiency and flue gas composition. The operation results have proven that the system is easy to operate, has low operating costs per ton of water, and can meet the design requirements in terms of processing capacity.
