- The upgrading and renovation project of a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) in Jiaxing adopts the MSBR process, with an overall treatment capacity of 10×104 m3/d, and the effluent quality complies with the criteria for existing WWTP in Zhejiang Province local Discharge Standard of Major Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (DB33/2169-2018). The commissioningprocess is summarized, and the influence of inlet water quality fluctuation and process parameter changes on the removal efficiencies of COD, TP, NH4+-N, and TN are studied. The multiple linear regression method was used for multifactor analysis, and sensitivity analysis was conducted on key operating parameters of the process based on the SALib open-source library in Python, to summarize the process operation control strategy. Compared to traditional A2/O process, the MSBR process consumes lower amounts of reagents and electricity during stable operation.
