- The group standard of Technical Specification for Municipal Drainage Pipeline Rehabilitation Construction Using UV Cured-in-place-pipe(T/CMEA 34-2023) of the China Municipal Engineering Association was officially implemented on June 1, 2023. The implementation of this standard fills a gap in the UV-CIPP standards. In this paper, the compilation purpose, scope, lining tube materials, construction equipment, construction process control and quality acceptance and inspection of this specification are explained in detail to enhance understanding of the standard. The performance requirements for glass fibers lining tube materials, the formulation basis for various technical indicators of the liner are analyzed. The specification is scientific and operable, with a certain degree of forward-looking significance, which is important for promoting UV cured-in-place-pipe rehabilitation technology.
