- Abstract:
- Taking a fish mince processing enterprise in Hubei Province as a case study, based on the characteristics of high oil content, nitrogen, phosphorus, and organic matter concentration in the wastewater generated during the production process, a combined process of grid + oil separator + regulating tank + air flotation tank + anaerobic tank + two-stage A/O tank + secondary sedimentation tank + final sedimentation tank is adopted. When the average values of COD, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, and total phosphorus in the influent are 5 866.1 mg/L, 64.2 mg/L, 436.9 mg/L, and 124.4 mg/L, respectively, the average removal rates of the effluent are 97.8%, 86.0%, 87.8%, and 97.7%, respectively. The effluent quality is stable and meets the requirements of downstream urban sewage treatment plants. The total investment of the project is 13.442 4 million CNY, and the actual operating cost is 3.09 CNY/m3. Through equipment improvement and operation control optimization, the engineering problems of grid blockage caused by oil condensation, treatment system shutdown caused by production interruption, and denitrification floating sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank have been effectively solved.
