- Abstract:
- In recent years, propelled by national policies such as the Yangtze River Major Conservation (YRMC) Action, urban water environment management has entered the stage of integrated watershed governance, making integrated multi-objective joint dispatching management a critical issue in urban refined management. This study focuses on a typical small watershed in a high-density built-up area of Wuhan, aiming to explore a coordinated multi-objective joint dispatching scheme to balance water security, water quality, and aquatic ecology. By combining model analysis with field monitoring data, joint dispatching strategies for dry weather, rainy weather, and post-rain water quality recovery were developed. The implementation of these strategies has achieved cost-effective sewage treatment and waterlogging prevention while maintaining water environmental quality, significantly reducing hydrological risks, enhancing urban resilience, and consolidating watershed infrastructure systems. These outcomes provide valuable insights for advancing refined governance in urban watershed management.
