- Abstract:
- In the context of promoting urban sustainable development through urban renewal and transformation, this article introduces an innovative ductile iron pipe lining rehabilitation technology to address the aging issues of prestressed reinforced concrete water supply pipelines with a diameter of 2 000 mm and presents pilot studies conducted to evaluate its effectiveness. Through experimental analysis, the study assessed the hydraulic performance of pipelines with different lining materials, the pushing efficiency under various deflection angles, and the properties of grouting materials. Furthermore, by comparing different construction methods under identical working conditions, the results demonstrate that ductile iron lining rehabilitation technology is not only technically feasible but also economically viable. This technology provides a robust scientific basis and practical technical support for the upgrading and modernization of urban water supply system.
