- Abstract:
- To systematically promote the quality improvement and efficiency enhancement of kitchen waste treatment technology and enhance the technical resilience of large-scale urban multi-solid- waste collaborative disposal projects, a large urban comprehensive waste disposal project in Tianjin is taken as an example to propose a deep collaborative treatment technology framework for kitchen waste through incineration coupled with anaerobic digestion. The key elements of deep collaboration, including materials, energy, environmental control, and spatial layout, are analyzed. The overall process of the incineration coupled with anaerobic digestion treatment technology is introduced, and the detailed design of the collaborative process centered on “multi-stage plunger extrusion pretreatment technology + inter and outer circulation high-efficiency anaerobic technology” is elaborated. The results show that this collaborative process can effectively achieve biomass separation and energy conversion of kitchen waste, and significantly reduce disposal costs. After pretreatment, the solid content of solid residue can be increased to 36.9%, and the COD of organic slurry is approximately 113 000 mg/L. The COD removal rate of the anaerobic digestion system is approximately 89.5%, and the methane content in biogas is approximately 61.6%. The unit treatment cost is approximately 231.7 CNY/t.
