- Abstract:
- The design scale of a wastewater treatment plant in Zhejiang Province is 10 000 m3/d, which mainly accepts the municipal wastewater and printing and dyeing wastewater. Due to the high proportion of influent industrial wastewater and the large fluctuation of water quality, the wastewater treatment plant is difficult to operate at full capacity, and the treatment facilities have not been maximized. Therefore, the wastewater treatment plant has carried out upgrading and reconstruction: optimizing the pretreatment process to strengthen SS removal ; the inverted A2O process was transformed into a multi-stage AO (AAOAO) process to enhance biological nitrogen removal. The new Fenton three- phase catalytic oxidation advanced treatment system simultaneously removes refractory COD and total phosphorus. The operation results show that the effluent indexes of the wastewater treatment plant after reconstruction are stable to meet the requirements of table 1 of the Discharge Standard of Major Water Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(DB33/2169-2018) in Zhejiang Province, and the treated water volume is gradually increased and maintained at the design full load level.
