- Abstract:
- This paper introduces the development including the ongoing reform of construction standards in China, analyzes a series of problems existing in the current engineering standard system, such as decentralized mandatory provisions, single standard supply channel, restriction of backward technical standards on innovation, and backward standard internationalization level. In order to improve the integrity and systematization of construction standard system, measures such as constructing mandatory standard system, optimizing recommended standards, developing group standards, strengthening standard quality management and information disclosure have taken measures. In addition, the standardization reform has achieved practical results by accelerating the formulation of full-text mandatory standards, integrating recommended standards, guiding the supply of group standards and promoting the internationalization of standards.
