- Abstract:
- To develop and build a demonstration area for common prosperity with high quality, and further standardize the construction, operation and maintenance management of rural domestic sewage treatment facilities in Zhejiang Province, the Whole Process Management Guidelines of Rural Domestic Sewage Treatment Facilities in Zhejiang Province (hereinafter referred to as the guidelines), was issued by Zhejiang Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. This paper introduces the purpose and basis of the guidelines, and expounds the main content and implementation situation. The guidelines regulated and guided the following contents, including the responsibility subject, management classification, basic data, plan and design, review and survey mapping, project bidding, engineering design, engineering construction, engineering supervision, project acceptance, operation and maintenance, operation evaluation, operation and maintenance handover, water quality testing, facility scrapping, governance consulting, administrative law enforcement, supervision and assessment, emergency management, innovation and promotion, and information system, etc.
