- The treatment scale of Anlongchang liquor brewing wastewater treatment plant is 1.5×104 m3/d. It is the largest sauce-flavor liquor brewing wastewater treatment plant in Guizhou at present, which mainly treats the industrial wastewater from local liquor brewing factories. In view of the high concentration, large fluctuation and high effluent discharge standard requirements of the wastewater, the pretreatment process consists of rotary filter, regulating tank, sedimentation tank and air flotation, the biochemical treatment process includes anaerobic reactor and A/O-A-MBR, and the advanced treatment process is catalytic Fenton, high-efficiency sedimentation tank and mechanical filtration. The effluent quality meets the special discharge limits of water pollutants specified in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Fermentation Alcohol and Distilled Spirits Industry (GB 27631-2011). The project is characterized by limited footprint area and high attitude difference of the site. The total investment is 602.778 5 million yuan, and the unit treatment cost is 18.14 yuan/m3.
