- Abstract:
- To address the issues of significant fluctuations in water quality and poor biodegradability of dyeing wastewater in a textile industrial park in Jiangsu Province, an integrated process of AO/MBR + ozone catalytic oxidation + biological aerated filter (BAF) was adopted to ensure effluent compliance with the first level A limit specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918-2002). The treated effluent is divided into two reuse streams: one is directly supplied as low-grade reclaimed water to park enterprises, while the other undergoes advanced treatment via ultrafiltration(UF) + reverse osmosis(RO) to produce high-grade reclaimed water for industrial processes with stricter water quality requirements. The actual operation results indicate that the process has operated stably, with the effluent consistently meeting the required standards. The direct operating cost based on influent volume of the low?grade water reuse system is 3.2 CNY/m3, while that based on product water volume of the high-grade water reuse system (UF + RO) is 1.1 CNY/m3.
