- 针对浙江省某水厂在长期化学清洗过程中药剂对超滤膜结构和性能造成的老化问题,进行了三种生产上常用清洗溶液(2 000 mg/L柠檬酸、1 000 mg/L NaClO、1 000 mg/L NaClO+250 mg/L NaOH)的老化试验,分析其对该水厂两种聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)超滤膜(1#和2#)的影响。结果表明,三种溶液的清洗作用均会导致两种膜的表面改性添加剂聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)分解,从而破坏超滤膜表面结构、降低亲水性,且影响程度均为NaClO>NaClO+NaOH>柠檬酸;化学清洗导致超滤膜力学性能有所降低,该变化和膜表面添加剂的分解有关;超滤膜PVDF主体支撑层受到的老化影响不显著,力学性能整体降低幅度较小,且PVDF特征峰在清洗过程中变化不大,但1#膜在NaClO+NaOH溶液清洗后期有轻微脱氟化氢反应出现。综合比较,NaClO溶液清洗对两种膜的老化影响大于NaClO和NaOH联合清洗,而柠檬酸的老化作用最弱。考虑到不同溶液对膜污染的清洗效果,该水厂在生产中应避免长期使用NaClO溶液清洗,且建议与NaOH联合清洗以减缓膜老化。
- Abstract:
- In order to solve the aging problem of the structure and performance of ultrafiltration membranes by chemicals in a water treatment plant in Zhejiang Province during long-term chemical cleaning, the aging tests of three commonly used cleaning solutions (2 000 mg/L citric acid, 1 000 mg/L NaClO, and 1 000 mg/L NaClO + 250 mg/L NaOH ) were carried out to analyze their effects on two polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) ultrafiltration membranes (1# and 2#) in the water treatment plant. The results showed that the cleaning of three solutions would lead to the decomposition of polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP), the surface modification additive of the two membranes, thereby destroying the surface structure of the ultrafiltration membrane and reducing the hydrophilicity, and the degree of influence was NaClO>NaClO+NaOH>citric acid. Chemical cleaning led to the reduction of the mechanical properties of the ultrafiltration membrane, which was related to the decomposition of additives on the surface of the membrane. The aging effect of the PVDF main supporting layer of the ultrafiltration membrane was not significant, the overall mechanical properties decreased slightly, and the characteristic peaks of PVDF did not change much during the cleaning process, but the 1# membrane had a slight defluoride reaction in the late cleaning stage of NaClO+NaOH solution. In comprehensive comparison, the aging effect of NaClO solution cleaning on the two membranes was greater than that of NaClO and NaOH combined cleaning, while the aging effect of citric acid was the weakest. Considering the cleaning effect of different solutions on membrane fouling, long-term cleaning of NaClO solution should be avoided in the production of this water treatment plant, and it is recommended to use NaOH combined cleaning to slow down the aging of membrane to a certain extent.
