- 针对平凉市的洪涝灾害问题,采用MIKE URBAN软件,建立雨水调蓄空间评估模型,研究地块层面雨水调蓄设施的最优规模,并探究其在“平急两用”视角下的运行要点。模拟结果表明,当汇水面积为5.0~15.0 hm2时,应对2年一遇短历时降雨,雨水调蓄空间的最优规模为50 m3,能够削减50.7%~75.7%的峰值流量,并可将系统重现期从2年一遇标准提高至100年一遇标准;当汇水面积为10.0 hm2时,应对20年一遇长历时降雨,雨水调蓄空间的最优规模为50 m3,能够将峰值流量出现时间延缓123 min;“平急两用”雨水调蓄设施运行维护方面,在降雨30 min后,或者当上游来水量大于下游管道承受能力时开启调蓄池,峰值过后,多余的水溢流,降雨结束后调蓄设施在2~5 d内放空。
- Abstract:
- Aiming at the flood disaster problem in Pingliang City, the MIKE URBAN software was employed to establish a rainwater storage capacity assessment model. The study investigated the optimal scale of rainwater storage facilities at the plot level and explored key operational considerations from the perspective of “dual purpose for routine and emergency” application. The simulation results indicated that for catchment areas of 5.0-15.0 hm2, under short?duration rainfall events with a 2-year return period, the optimal scale of rainwater storage capacity was 50 m3. This could reduce peak flow by 50.7% to 75.7% and enhance the system’s design return period from the 2-year to the 100-year standard. For a catchment area of 10.0 hm2, under long-duration rainfall events with a 20-year return period, the optimal scale of rainwater storage capacity was 50 m3, which could delay the peak flow occurrence by 123 minutes. In terms of the operation and maintenance of “dual purpose for routine and emergency” rainwater storage facilities, the storage pond should be activated 30 minutes after the rainfall onset or when the inflow exceeded the downstream pipe capacity. After the peak flow, excess rainwater was discharged via overflow, and the facility should be emptied within 2-5 days after the rainfall ends.
