- 介绍了钟祥市污泥热解气化项目(规模为120 t/d)双流闪蒸干化耦合流化床热解气化技术的技术原理、工艺流程、污泥处置效果、设计及运行管理经验等。该工艺分为湿污泥贮存系统、污泥干燥系统、热解气化系统、热能利用系统、尾气处理系统和灰渣系统等6大系统。其中核心设备为双流闪蒸干燥机和流化床气化炉。含水率为30%的干污泥和生物质在流化床气化炉内气化产生可燃气,可燃气燃烧产生超850 ℃高温烟气,经配风降温至600 ℃作为干化热源用于80%含水率湿污泥干化,可使污泥减量超90%,气化灰渣可作为建材利用。系统设计时充分考虑了关键设备选型、物料输送、负荷调节等因素,具有良好的调整适应能力,可为污泥处置提供新思路和示范案例。
- Abstract:
- The technical principle, process flow, sludge disposal effect, design and operation management of the coupled fluidized bed pyrolysis gasification technology of the sludge pyrolysis gasification project in Zhongxiang (120 t/d) are introduced. The process is divided into six systems including wet sludge storage system, sludge drying system, pyrolysis and gasification system, heat energy utilization system, tail gas treatment system, ash and slag system. The core equipment is a double-flow flash dryer and a fluidized bed gasifier. Dry sludge with 30% moisture content and biomass are gasified in the fluidized bed gasifier to produce gas, the flue gas generated at over 850 ℃ high temperature by gas combustion is cooled to 600 ℃ by distributing air as a drying heat source to dry the wet sludge with 80% moisture content, which can reduce the sludge by more than 90%, besides gasification ash can be used as building materials. The design of the system fully considers the selection of key equipment, material transportation, load adjustment capacity, etc., and has good adjustment and adaptation ability. It can provide a new idea and demonstration case for sludge disposal.
