摘要:: 针对温州市三级排水管网整治工程的现状及问题，构建了以时空信息数据为基础，GIS系统为底座，数据、业务融合的管网整治工程管理平台。该平台主体架构采用“五横四纵”的设计，包括数据标准体系、应用系统、相关系统接口开发等建设内容。通过该平台的应用，能够实现三级排水管网整治工程的数字化管理，保证三级管网整治工程有序、优质、高效地进行。

Abstract:: In response to the current situation and problems of the tertiary drainage pipe network renovation project in Wenzhou, a management platform is constructed based on spatial-temporal information data, GIS system as the foundation, and data and business integration. The management platform adopts the “five horizontal and four vertical” architecture design, including the construction of data standard system, application system, related system interface development and so on. Through the application of this management platform, digital management of tertiary drainage pipe network renovation project can be achieved, ensuring the orderly, high quality and efficient implementation.
