- 天津市某水厂采用常规处理工艺运行超过20年,因工艺设备老旧、自控程度较低,产水量受限,亟需进行升级改造。通过对水厂机械加速澄清池和虹吸滤池进行改造,增加自控系统,提高了水厂智能化水平,且在原水水质波动、供水需求增加的情况下均能有效保障供水安全稳定。改造后,送水泵房综合单耗下降至0.20~0.25 kW·h/m3,混凝剂投药量明显降低,滤池的浊度去除率提升至70%~80%,出厂水压力稳定在0.32~0.34 MPa。在日均供水量不断升高的情况下,各项水质指标均满足标准要求。
- Abstract:
- A waterworks in Tianjin using conventional treatment process for over 20 years is extremely in need of upgrading, due to old process equipment, low degree of self-control and limited water production capacity. It could effectively guarantee the safety and stability of water supply even when the raw water quality fluctuated and the water supply demand increased, through transformation of the mechanical accelerated clarifier and siphon filter, adding the automatic control system, improving the intelligent level of the waterworks. After the renovation, the comprehensive consumption of single water supply pump is reduced to 0.20-0.25 kW·h/m3, the dosage of coagulant is significantly reduced, the turbidity removal rate of the filter is increased to 70%-80%, and the outlet water pressure is stable between 0.32-0.34 MPa. Under the condition of increasing daily water quantity, all the water quality indexes meet the standard.
