- 厂网一体化实时调度是提升城市排水系统运行效能的重要手段。针对非汛期污水厂稳定进水的需求,基于模型预测控制和水量平衡模型,提出了污水干管调度策略优化方法。利用高密度液位监测信息,通过空间线性内插推演管道冗余空间,使用模型预测控制对未来24 h的泵站提升流量进行优化,以充分利用干管内的冗余空间,实现污水厂进水流量昼夜调峰。在常州市江边污水厂及其上游干管泵站对该方法进行现场测试,实现了连续79 h的污水厂稳定进水,其间系统末端污水厂一、二期和三、四期的进水流量波动分别可控制在均值的±3%、±9%以内,日最低进水流量较优化前提升了7.6%(950 m3/h),表明该方法具有可操作性和有效性。
- Abstract:
- The integrated real?time scheduling of wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) and sewer network is a crucial approach to enhance the operational efficiency of urban drainage system. Based on model predictive control and water balance model, an optimization approach for the scheduling strategy of sewage mains was established to fulfill the demand of stable inflow of WWTP in the dry season. By utilizing high-density water level monitoring information, the pipeline redundant space was derived through spatial linear interpolation, and the flow rate of the pumping station in the next 24 hours was optimized by employing model predictive control, thereby making full use of the redundant space in the sewage mains and achieving the day and night peak regulation of the inflow of the WWTP. The method was tested in the field at Jiangbian WWTP and its upstream main pipe pumping station in Changzhou City, achieving a stable inflow of the WWTP for 79 consecutive hours. The fluctuations of inflow in the phase Ⅰ, Ⅱ, and Ⅲ, Ⅳ Projects of the WWTP could be controlled within ±3% and ±9% of the mean value respectively, and the daily minimum inflow increased by 7.6% (950 m3/h) compared to that before optimization. The results demonstrate that the method is feasible and effective.
