- 随着国家对污水排放标准的不断提高,臭氧高级氧化技术得到了广泛应用,但是其在工程应用中还存在容易混淆、令人困扰的问题,亟待厘清与解决。从臭氧发生器的气源、设计常用参数、循环冷却水系统以及仪表设置四个方面进行重点分析,对气源类型的选择、关键参数的掌握及转换、循环冷却水系统的配置以及自动化监测仪表的设置提出了相应建议,可为臭氧高级氧化技术的设计和建设提供参考。
- Abstract:
- With the continuous improvement of national sewage discharge standards, ozone advanced oxidation technology has been widely applied. However, there are still confusing and challenging issues in its engineering application that urgently need to be clarified and resolved. This study focuses on analyzing the gas source, commonly used design parameters, circulating cooling water system, and instrument settings of the ozone generator. Corresponding suggestions are proposed for the selection of gas source types, the mastery and conversion of key parameters, the configuration of circulating cooling water system, and the setup of automated monitoring instruments. These recommendations can serve as a reference for the design and construction of ozone advanced oxidation technology.
