- 石景山水厂压力式超滤系统的超滤膜丝保护液清洗以反冲洗后过滤水CODMn<3 mg/L为标准,通过增加次氯酸钠浸泡时间和加大冲洗流量实现清洗效果。该水厂低负荷运行时,出现滤池反冲洗和超滤系统进水冲突问题,通过优化反冲洗参数、调整超滤进水提升模式解决。超滤系统运行初期出现了反冲洗池进水管、反冲洗排水管“水锤”等问题,通过调整阀门开关时间、增加排气口等方式解决。同时分析了该超滤系统运行初期的压力、流量、水质、电耗等参数,采取改进提升泵运行模式、简化化学清洗流程、降低化学清洗频率等措施,将超滤单耗降至0.058 kW·h/m3,提升了超滤系统的运行性能。

- In the pressure ultrafiltration system of Shijingshan waterworks, the CODMn of filtered water after backwashing shall be less than 3 mg/L, which can be achieved by increasing both the soaking time of sodium hypochlorite and the washing flow rate. When the waterworks was operating at low load, there was a conflict between the backwashing of filter and the water intake of ultrafiltration system, which was solved by optimizing the backwashing parameters and adjusting the ultrafiltration water intake lifting mode. In the initial operation of the ultrafiltration system, there were also problems such as water hammer in the inlet and drain pipe of the backwashing tank, which were solved by adjusting the valve switching time and adding exhaust port. At the same time, the parameters of the ultrafiltration system, such as initial operating pressure, flow rate, water quality,and power consumption were analyzed. By improving the operation mode of the lifting pump, simplifying the chemical cleaning process, and reducing the chemical cleaning frequency, the ultrafiltration unit consumption has been reduced to 0.058 kW·h/m3, which improves the operating performance of the ultrafiltration system.
