摘要:
为规范浙江省城市给水专项规划的编制内容与深度，提高规划对给水系统工程建设的指导作用，浙江省住房和城乡建设厅委托浙江省城乡规划设计研究院有限公司编制了《浙江省城市给水专项规划导则》。总结了导则编制思路与特色，主要包括完善供水规划指标体系，注重水资源的集约高效利用，落实给水系统绿色低碳发展理念，强调规划间的衔接与反馈等，可为其他省份给水专项规划导则的编制提供参考。
Abstract:
To standardize the content and depth of the urban water supply special planning in Zhejiang Province and to enhance the planning’s guiding role for water supply system engineering, the Urban Water Supply Special Planning Guidelines in Zhejiang Province has been formulated by Zhejiang Urban and Rural Planning Design Institute Co., Ltd. These guidelines have been officially issued by the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Zhejiang Province. This paper summarizes the concepts and characteristics of the guideline compilation, including enhancing the water supply planning indicator system, emphasizing the intensive and efficient utilization of water resources, promoting the green and low-carbon development of water supply systems, and highlighting the coordination and feedback among various planning efforts. This paper will offer valuable insights for the development of water supply special planning guidelines in other provinces.
