- 我国饮用水水源有相当部分取自水库或湖泊,水源水中一般都含藻,而含藻水给水处理属于特殊水质处理的范畴,为此根据国内外含藻水的处理研究及实践经验制订了《含藻水给水处理技术规程》(T/CECA 20012—2021)。介绍了该规程的编制过程及主要内容,提出含藻水给水处理应根据水源水特征选用预处理、常规处理、深度处理各工艺单元的组合,结合原水水质状况,参考类似工程经验或通过试验,经技术经济比较后确定工艺流程及构筑物的选型,并选取适当的设计参数。该规程对于提高除藻效率以及饮用水水质,尤其是对水源水藻含量突然变化的应急处理,保障安全供水及饮水水质有积极意义。
- Abstract:
- A significant portion of China’s drinking water sources are derived from reservoirs or lakes, and the source water often contains algae, and the algae water treatment is classified as special water quality treatment. Based on extensive research and practice both domestically and internationally, the Technical Specification for Algae Water Treatment (T/CECA 20012-2021) has been formulated. This article primarily outlines the compilation process and key contents of the technical specification. The combination of pretreatment, conventional treatment and advanced treatment should be selected according to the characteristics of source water. The technological process and structure type should be determined by raw water quality, referencing to similar engineering experience or experiment results, and appropriate design parameters should be chosen by technical and economic comparison. The establishment of this technical specification marks a significant and positive impacting on the efficiency of algae removal and drinking water quality. It is particularly crucial for emergency responses to sudden changes in algae content in source water, thereby ensuring the safety of water supply and drinking water quality.
