- 沿桥梁主体铺设是给水管道跨江过河的主要方式之一,具有施工难度低、检修维护便利等优点。长寿长江二桥是一座跨长江的大跨度悬索桥,主桥及引桥全长1 401 m,主跨采用739 m的单跨简支钢箱梁悬索桥,该次实施的给水管道管径为DN500。在主体桥梁未预留管位的情况下,将给水管道布置在中间分隔带中,通过有限元分析软件和风洞试验可知,给水管道的铺设对该桥的抗风性能没有本质影响;对管道和桥梁伸缩变形进行了分析,合计最大伸缩量为2 073.12 mm,合理布置了伸缩节和支座;通过防水锤、防爆管应对措施等多方面的优化设计,为工程建设的顺利实施创造了条件。工程建成通水后正常运行至今,相关设计经验可为类似项目提供参考。
- Abstract:
- One of the primary methods for river?crossing water supply pipelines is to lay them along the main structure of the bridge. This approach offers several advantages, such as relatively low construction complexity and ease of maintenance. Changshou Yangtze River No.2 Bridge is a long-span suspension bridge spanning the Yangtze River. The total length of the main bridge and approach bridge is 1 401 m, with the main span being a single-span simply supported steel box girder suspension bridge measuring 739 m. Additionally, this project incorporates the water supply pipeline with diameter of DN500. In the event that the main bridge has not reserved a conduit position, the water supply pipeline was arranged within the median strip. Finite element analysis software and wind tunnel tests demonstrate that the placement of the water supply pipeline does not exert significant influence on the wind resistance performance of the bridge. The analysis of the expansion and deformation for both the pipeline and the bridge indicates a total maximum expansion of 2 073.12 mm. Based on this analysis, the expansion joints and supports were strategically positioned. The implementation of optimization designs such as preventing water hammers and pipe bursting, and other measures established favorable conditions to ensure the smooth progress of project construction. The project has operated normally since its completion, and the associated design insights can serve as a valuable reference for similar projects.
