- 针对江苏康缘药业股份有限公司生产废水COD、悬浮物浓度高以及悬浮物密度小、沉降性差等特点,采用预处理/UASB/水解酸化/MBR的组合工艺进行处理。介绍了该工程的工艺流程和技术特点,给出了主要构筑物的设计参数和实际运行数据。工程实践表明,该组合工艺可高效去除废水中污染物,各处理单元实际处理效率总体符合预期,出水水质稳定达到《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(GB/T 31962—2015)表1中A级标准。该组合工艺在克服用地紧张的情况下保证了处理效果,具有一定的借鉴价值。
- Abstract:
- The combined process of pretreatment, UASB, hydrolysis acidification and MBR is adopted to treat the wastewater in Jiangsu Kanion Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. with the characteristics of high concentrations of COD and suspended solids, low density of suspended solids and poor sedimentation. The treatment process, technical characteristics, design parameters of the main units and the actual operation of the project are introduced. Practice shows that the combined process can remove pollutants in the wastewater efficiently, the actual treatment efficiency of each unit is generally in line with expectations, and the effluent quality can meet the level A criteria in table 1 of the Wastewater Quality Standards for Discharge to Municipal Sewers (GB/T 31962-2015) stably. The combined process ensures the treatment effect while overcoming the site constraints, which has certain reference value.
