- 某城镇存量排水管网修复工程作为顺德水环境治理首批落地的重点项目,采用钢内衬和紫外光原位固化修复技术的联用工艺,对DN1 200污水管道的结构性缺陷进行修复。本文详细介绍了该联用工艺的技术原理、施工流程及质量控制情况,并对修复效果、过流能力、质量验收及工程造价进行了分析。结果表明,采用该联用工艺修复后的管道质量较优,修复后与修复前的过流能力比值为119%,过流能力提高,综合修复单价为16 415元/m。
- Abstract:
- The restoration project of the existing drainage network in a certain town, as one of the first key projects to be implemented in Shunde’s water environment governance, a combined process of steel lining and UV-CIPP was used to repair structural defects in the local DN1 200 sewage pipe network. The technical principles, construction process, and quality control of this combined process were introduced in detail, and the repair effect, over current capacity, quality acceptance, and engineering cost were analyzed. The results showed that the quality of the repaired pipeline network using this combined process was better, with a ratio of 119% between the repaired and pre repaired flow capacity, indicating an improvement in flow capacity. The comprehensive repair unit price after repair was 16 415 CNY/m.
